In every sense of the word, I want you to feel it. Whether you’re in the abyss that is depression, or if your heart is pounding and you feel like you can’t breathe from anxiety, it’s probably the loneliest you’ve ever felt.
Or if you feel like all the energy has been zapped from your very being from stress or burnout, where you can no longer give anymore, it’s isolating as hell.
